- 🥬 70g spinach
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
步驟
Wash and prepare the spinach by rinsing it under running water.
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk them thoroughly.
Heat a pan with cooking oil over low heat and scramble the eggs until they start to clump. Remove from heat immediately as they will continue cooking with residual heat.
Set the scrambled eggs aside and add the spinach to the pan.
Season the spinach with 1 tsp salt, a pinch of pepper, and a small amount of cooking oil. Stir lightly.
Add the scrambled eggs back into the pan and stir everything together over high heat until the spinach wilts slightly.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Plate the dish and enjoy your spinach egg stir-fry.
