- Vegetable - 🥬 1/2 bag spinach
 
- Meat - 🐖 150g sliced pork
 
- Egg - 🥚 1 egg
 
- Oil - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 
- Seasoning - 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

Cut spinach into 3cm pieces. Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk.

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced pork and stir-fry until the meat changes color.

Add spinach to the pan and stir-fry. Push the mixture to one side of the pan and pour in the whisked egg, stirring gently.

Add the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper) and mix well while stir-frying.
