Trim and wash the spinach thoroughly, rinsing 2-3 times.

Boil water with salt and blanch the spinach for 3 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain well.

Bring the anchovy and kelp stock to a boil, then add the spinach and dissolve the miso paste.

Add dried shrimp and season with soy sauce. Cover and simmer on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
