- 150ml olive oil

Clean the spinach by removing the roots and washing thoroughly. Cut into 3cm pieces. Slice the garlic in half, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.

Heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add the canned mackerel and simmer over medium heat. Once bubbling, add spinach and cook until wilted.
