 - 4 crab sticks

 - 1 bell pepper
 - 200g soybean sprouts

Mustard Dressing
- 1 tbsp mustard
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 0.5 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp vinegar
 - 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
 - 🧂 1 pinch salt
 
步驟
Soak chicken breasts in milk for 2 hours to tenderize and remove odor.
Boil the chicken breasts until tender.
Slice all vegetables thinly.
Remove heads from soybean sprouts, boil for 3 minutes, rinse, and soak in cold water for 3 minutes.
Prepare mustard dressing by mixing mustard, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, minced garlic, and salt.
Combine chicken, vegetables, and dressing in a large bowl.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and mix well.
