- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp plum extract

- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp perilla seed powder
步驟
Slice the Korean blood sausage into thick pieces to prevent it from falling apart during cooking.
Prepare all vegetables by slicing them thinly, rinse briefly, and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
