- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 5 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧂 1 tsp ground pepper
