    • 🐖 600g pork shoulder
  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 1.5 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
    • A pinch of ginger powder
  • Vegetables

    • 🥕 1/2 carrot
    • 🧅 1/2 onion
  • Spices

    • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
    • 2 tbsp chili powder

步驟

Add 600g pork shoulder to a pan with 1.5 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp mirin. Stir-fry until the pork absorbs the seasoning.

Once the pork loses its red color, add the chopped vegetables (carrot and onion).

Add half of the prepared sauce (gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, garlic, oyster sauce, corn syrup, ginger powder) and stir-fry.

Taste and adjust seasoning by adding the remaining sauce as needed. Continue stir-frying until fully cooked.

Serve the stir-fried pork with fresh lettuce or rice for a complete meal.
