Meat
- 🐖 120g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 100g chopped komatsuna
- 🧅 55g sliced green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 1/3 tsp doubanjiang
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 60ml water
Thickening
- 2 tsp starch
- 💧 2 tsp water

Season the pork with salt and pepper.

Cut the roots off the komatsuna and chop into 3cm pieces. Slice the green onion diagonally into 3cm pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add green onion and stir-fry until softened.

Add komatsuna and the seasoning mixture (☆). Stir briefly, then add the starch-water mixture and cook until thickened.
