Main Ingredients
- 1 plate leftover japchae
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 💧 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
步驟
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and sauté 1/2 cup chopped green onion over medium heat to make green onion oil.
Add 1 tbsp chili powder and 1 tbsp minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat.
Pour 1/4 cup water, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and 1 tsp sugar into the pan and bring to a boil.
Let the sauce simmer and thicken slightly.
Add 1 plate of leftover japchae to the pan and stir-fry until the noodles are soft and well-coated with the sauce.
