- 6 sheets fish cake
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 💧 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- to taste sesame seeds
步驟
Cut fish cakes into bite-sized pieces, slice onion, and green onion. Optionally, add sliced chili peppers for extra spice.
Heat a pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
Add fish cakes and onion to the pan and stir-fry until the onion becomes translucent.
Add soy sauce and sugar, then stir-fry briefly to coat the ingredients evenly.
Pour water into the pan and bring to a boil. Add chili powder and mix well.
Add sliced chili peppers and green onion, stir briefly, and turn off the heat.
Finish by drizzling sesame oil and sprinkling sesame seeds over the dish.
