Fish Cake Stir-fry Ingredients
- 4 sheets fish cake
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 2 stalks green onion
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 green chili
- 1/2 red chili
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 7 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
步驟
Prepare fish cake, onion, green onion, green chili, red chili, and minced garlic.
Cut fish cake into bite-sized pieces and slice onion, green onion, and chilies.
Mix soy sauce, cooking wine, plum extract, chili powder, gochujang, and water in a small bowl to make the sauce.
Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in a preheated pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add fish cake to the pan and stir-fry until golden brown over medium heat.
Pour 7 tbsp water into the pan and simmer for a few minutes.
Add onion and simmer until softened.
Add green onion and prepared sauce, mixing well.
Add green chili and red chili, stirring to combine.
Finish with 1 tsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp sesame seeds. Turn off the heat.
Serve the stir-fried fish cake warm and enjoy.
