  • Main Ingredients

    • 🧈 300g tofu, diced
    • 🍖 200g minced pork
    • 🧅 1 onion, chopped
    • 🧅 1 stalk green onion, sliced
    • Generous amount of vegetable oil
    • 1 tsp cornstarch
    • 💧 245ml water
    • 🍚 4 servings of cooked rice
  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp chili powder
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp miso paste
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar

步驟

Dice the pork into small pieces.

Slice the green onion and chop the onion.

Cut the tofu into cubes.

Mix chili powder, oyster sauce, soy sauce, miso paste, minced garlic, and sugar to create the seasoning sauce.

Heat a pan with a generous amount of vegetable oil and sauté the green onion and onion over high heat.

Add the diced pork and stir-fry until cooked.

Add the seasoning sauce and stir-fry until well combined.

Pour 200ml of water into the pan and bring to a boil.

Add the tofu cubes and simmer until the flavors are absorbed.

Mix 3 tbsp water with 1 tsp cornstarch and pour into the pan, stirring until the sauce thickens.

Serve the cooked rice in bowls and top with the Mapo Tofu.
