Main Ingredients
- 🥩 300g sliced beef brisket
- 🥒 300g Korean radish, sliced
- 🧅 1 medium onion, sliced
Seasonings
- 🧄 2 cloves minced garlic
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Korean red chili flakes
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 🧂 1/2 tsp black pepper
Broth
- 💧 6 cups water
- 1 cup anchovy stock (optional)
Garnish
- 🌱 2 stalks chopped green onion
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
步驟
Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sliced beef and stir-fry until browned.
Add sliced radish and onion to the pot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
Add minced garlic, soy sauce, and Korean red chili flakes. Stir well to coat the ingredients.
Pour in water and anchovy stock (if using). Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 40 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
