- 🥩 300g sliced beef brisket
Vegetables
- 200g Korean radish, sliced
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion, chopped
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Korean chili flakes
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Broth
- 💧 6 cups water
- 1 cube beef broth

Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the beef brisket until browned.
