步驟
Prepare the squid by peeling and slicing into rings. Remove shrimp shells and devein them.
Mix plain yogurt, curry powder, chili powder, parsley powder, minced garlic, and ginger powder to create the tandoori marinade.
Marinate the squid and shrimp in the tandoori mixture for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Heat oil in a pan and pan-fry the shrimp until cooked on both sides.
Pan-fry the squid rings in the same manner as the shrimp.
Prepare the yogurt dressing by mixing plain yogurt, chopped cucumber, chopped red onion, lemon juice, and salt.
Plate the dish by arranging shredded lettuce, tandoori squid, and shrimp. Serve with the yogurt dressing.
