- 🧈 1 block tofu
- 1 chili
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 cup rice water
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp doenjang
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder

Heat a clay pot over medium heat. Add 2 tbsp doenjang, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp gochujang, 1 tsp sesame oil, and 1/2 tbsp chili powder. Stir-fry until fragrant.

Gradually add rice water in three portions, stirring each time. Once the pot is half-filled, add diced onion and chili.

Tear the tofu into chunks and add it to the pot. Finish by adding chopped green onion.
