Main Ingredients
- 🧈 300g tofu
- 2/3 cup kombu water
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 2 tbsp garlic
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 pinch pepper
步驟

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and place them on a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.

Heat a pan with cooking oil and fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.

Pour the kombu water into the pan with the tofu.

Add the prepared seasoning mixture over the tofu and kombu water.

Simmer until the sauce reduces and becomes glossy.
