- 🥚 4 boiled eggs
- 2 green chilies
- 1/2 red chili
- 🧅 A small amount of spring onion
Seasonings
- 100ml water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tsp perilla oil
- A small amount of sesame seeds

Peel the boiled eggs. Slice the green chilies, red chili, and spring onion into appropriate sizes.

In a pot, combine water, soy sauce, cooking wine, plum extract, and fish sauce. Bring to a boil.

Add the eggs, green chilies, spring onion, and red chili into the pot. Simmer while stirring occasionally.

When the liquid has mostly reduced, remove the pot from heat.

Plate the eggs and garnish with perilla oil and sesame seeds evenly.
