Main Ingredients
- 1 small can of spam
- 1 sheet of seaweed for sushi
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice
Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp sugar
- A pinch of ginger powder
Rice Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 0.2 tbsp salt
步驟
Cut the spam into 4 pieces and rinse with hot water.
Mix soy sauce, mirin, water, sugar, and ginger powder to prepare the sauce.
Heat a pan and fry the spam on both sides.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and simmer until the spam absorbs the flavors.
Season the rice with sesame oil and salt.
Cut the seaweed sheet into 4 long strips.
Fill a square mold with seasoned rice.
Place the cooked spam on top of the rice and wrap it with a seaweed strip.
Repeat the process to make 3 more rice balls.
