    • 🥬 1 cup chopped kimchi
    • 1 cup diced spam
    • 🍚 2 cups cooked rice

    • 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tsp cooking wine
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🧂 1 pinch black pepper

步驟

Mix all the seasonings (oyster sauce, corn syrup, gochujang, cooking wine, sesame oil, black pepper) in a bowl.

Prepare the kimchi and spam by chopping them into bite-sized pieces.

Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and stir-fry the diced spam until slightly crispy.

Add 1 tsp of oil to the pan and stir-fry the chopped kimchi over medium heat until it becomes translucent.

Add the cooked rice to the pan, followed by the prepared seasoning mix. Stir well to combine all ingredients evenly.
