- 1 pack soybean sprouts
- 🍚 4 servings of rice
Beef Sauce
- 🥩 200g ground beef
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
步驟
Mix ground beef with soy sauce and plum extract.
Add sesame oil, sesame seeds, and black pepper to the beef mixture and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Wash the soybean sprouts and prepare them for cooking.
Place washed rice in a rice cooker and layer soybean sprouts on top. Cook as usual.
While rice is cooking, simmer the marinated beef mixture on low heat until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Serve the cooked rice with the beef sauce on top.
