- Main Ingredients - 1 block tofu
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
 
- Sauce Ingredients - 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 5 tbsp water
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 
步驟
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and place them on a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, water, sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and oyster sauce in a bowl.
Chop the green onion into small pieces and add it to the sauce mixture.
Heat a pan with oil and fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.
Transfer the fried tofu to a new pan and layer it neatly.
Pour the prepared sauce over the tofu gradually, ensuring it doesn't become too salty.
Simmer the tofu on low heat for 3-5 minutes until the sauce is absorbed.
