Main Ingredients
- 250g soft tofu
- 140g crab sticks
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 300ml water
- 1.5 tbsp cornstarch
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp chili oil
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 2 pinches of salt
步驟
Prepare all ingredients. Tear crab sticks along their fibers and chop green onions finely.
Invert the soft tofu container and poke a hole at the bottom to release air, making it easier to remove.
Place the tofu in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 90 seconds.
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl until smooth.
Mix 1.5 tbsp cornstarch with 4 tbsp water in a bowl until dissolved.
In a pan, add 300ml water, 1 tsp sugar, 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce, and 2 pinches of salt. Bring to a boil.
Add crab sticks to the boiling mixture and reduce to low heat.
Slowly add the cornstarch mixture while stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and stir gently until cooked.
Pour the thickened sauce over the heated tofu.
Drizzle 1 tbsp chili oil and sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
