- 🎃 1/2 pumpkin
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🥛 200 ml milk
- 🍯 3 tbsp honey
步驟
Wash the pumpkin thoroughly under running water. Microwave it for 3 minutes on one side, then flip and microwave for another 3 minutes.
Cut the pumpkin into quarters and remove all seeds using a spoon.
Peel the skin off the pumpkin.
Cut the peeled pumpkin into chunks.
Place the pumpkin chunks in a blender, add enough water to submerge them, and blend until smooth.
Pour the blended pumpkin into a pot.
Place the cooked rice in the blender, add enough water to submerge it, and blend to your desired texture.
Add the blended rice to the pot with the pumpkin and stir over high heat.
Once it starts to boil, add the milk and reduce to medium heat.
Continue stirring over medium heat until the porridge reaches your desired consistency.
Add honey for sweetness, reduce to low heat, and simmer for 5 more minutes.
