步驟
Cream softened butter with a whisk, gradually adding sugar in three portions until light and fluffy.
Add egg yolks one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, gradually add egg whites in three portions, mixing thoroughly.
Sift cake flour, yellow cheese powder, and baking powder together. Fold into the wet mixture using a spatula in a cutting motion until smooth.
Fill greased muffin molds 70-80% full with batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25-30 minutes.
Perform a toothpick test to check doneness. If the toothpick comes out clean, the muffins are ready.
