Smoked Duck Stir-fry
- 500g smoked duck
- 1 sweet potato
- a small amount of carrot
- 1 pack of enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 2 stalks of green onion
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
步驟
Mix smoked duck, sauce ingredients, and vegetables (except enoki mushrooms) together and marinate for 1 hour. Cover with plastic wrap.
Heat a frying pan and stir-fry the marinated duck and vegetables.
Continue stir-frying until the duck and vegetables are evenly cooked.
Add enoki mushrooms towards the end of cooking for a crunchy texture.
Serve the stir-fry on a plate, optionally layering with chives for enhanced flavor.
