Vegetables
- 🍄 2 cups sliced mushrooms
 - 1 green bell pepper
 - 🧅 1 red onion
 
Condiments
- 1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
 - 🧄 2 teaspoons minced garlic
 - 🍅 1/2 cup low-sodium tomato sauce
 
Cheese
- 🧀 1/2 cup shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese
 - 2 teaspoons grated reduced-fat Parmesan cheese
 
步驟
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Place flour tortillas on two large baking sheets.
Cook tortillas, flipping once, until crisp (about 10 minutes). Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, and garlic until soft and tender (about 10 minutes). Set aside.
Spread each tortilla crust with 2 tablespoons tomato sauce, 1/4 cup vegetable mixture, 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 teaspoon Parmesan cheese.
Transfer pizzas to baking sheets and bake until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown (about 10 minutes).
