步驟
Prepare 1 tsp of minced garlic and chop a small amount of green onion.
Boil water and blanch 200g of soybean sprouts for about 5 minutes.
Immediately transfer the blanched soybean sprouts to cold water to keep them crisp.
Mix the sprouts with 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp minced garlic, a pinch of sesame seeds, and chopped green onion.
Let the salad sit for a day to enhance the flavors.
