- 🍄 2 enoki mushrooms
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
- 🥕 20g carrot
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- a small amount of cooking oil
步驟
Prepare all ingredients. Start with 2 eggs, then add 1 more if needed.
Finely chop the carrot and green onion.
Trim the base of the enoki mushrooms while still in their packaging.
Rinse the enoki mushrooms under running water while still in their packaging.
Cut the enoki mushrooms into 1–2 cm lengths.
Place all prepared ingredients into a bowl, add eggs, salt, and sesame oil.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and spoon the batter onto the pan.
Cook until one side is golden, then flip and cook the other side until golden as well.
