- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🍬 0.3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
步驟
Scrub the cucumber with coarse salt and peel parts of the skin using a peeler for better presentation.
Slice the cucumber thinly.
Sprinkle a small amount of salt over the cucumber slices and let them sit to draw out moisture.
Squeeze out the excess moisture from the cucumber slices using your hands.
Add 1 tbsp of plum extract to the cucumber slices.
Add 0.3 tbsp of sugar and mix well. Adjust the sweetness based on the tartness of the plum extract.
If the plum extract is very tart, skip the vinegar. Otherwise, add a small amount of vinegar for extra tanginess.
Finish by adding 0.5 tbsp of sesame oil and 1 tsp of sesame seeds. Mix gently.
