 - 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
 
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧂 1/4 tbsp salt
 - 1 tbsp chili powder
 - 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
 - 🧅 2 tbsp minced green onion
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Boil 600ml of water in a pot and add 1/2 tbsp salt.

Add the bean sprouts to the boiling water and cook for 4–5 minutes with the lid open.

Drain the bean sprouts using a strainer to remove excess water.
