Main Ingredients
- 🧈 300g tofu
- 2 sheets fish cake
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 100ml kombu stock
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- Pinch of black pepper
步驟
Cut the fish cake into six equal pieces.
Slice the tofu into pieces similar in size to the fish cake.
Finely chop the green onion and onion.
Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a wok and arrange the tofu neatly.
Layer the fish cake on top of the tofu.
Add the chopped onion and green onion evenly.
Add all the seasonings (soy sauce, chili powder, mirin, corn syrup, fish sauce, gochujang, minced garlic, black pepper) and pour in the kombu stock.
Bring to a boil and baste the tofu and fish cake with the sauce for about 10 minutes.
Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Transfer the braised tofu and fish cake to a serving dish.
