Wash and prepare the shrimp. If using fresh shrimp, blanch them.

Spread pizza sauce evenly on the tortilla. You can use chili or tomato sauce as alternatives.

Place the shrimp on the tortilla. Reserve a few shrimps to place on top after adding cheese for better presentation.

Add cheese and parsley. Parsley is optional.

Cook in the air fryer at 190°C (375°F) for 5 minutes. Check every minute after 4 minutes to prevent burning. Add arugula on top before serving.
