- Bread - 🍞 2 slices of sandwich bread
 
- Seafood - 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
 
- Vegetables - 🧅 20g minced green onion
 
- Condiments - 🥫 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp salad oil
 
- Seasonings - 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
 
- Garnish - Italian parsley, as needed
 
步驟
Mince the green onion finely.
Remove the vein from the shrimp, rinse with water, and pat dry with kitchen paper. Mince the shrimp and pound into a paste using a knife.
In a bowl, mix the shrimp paste, green onion, and all ☆ seasonings thoroughly to create the shrimp mixture.
Cut the crusts off the bread slices and divide each slice into four pieces. Spread mayonnaise evenly on each piece and top with the shrimp mixture.
Heat half of the salad oil (1 tbsp) in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the bread shrimp-side down and cook for 1–2 minutes until golden brown. Flip the bread.
Add the remaining salad oil (1 tbsp) around the edges of the pan and cook until the shrimp mixture is cooked through and the bread is crispy.
Plate the shrimp toast and garnish with Italian parsley.
