    • 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Sauce

    • 1 tbsp steak sauce
    • 🍅 1.5 tbsp ketchup
    • 2 tbsp curry powder
    • 💧 1 cup water
    • A pinch of black pepper
  • Optional

    • 🥚 2 eggs

Slice garlic into thin pieces and finely chop carrot, onion, and zucchini. Prepare 20 frozen shrimp.

Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add shrimp and chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until fully cooked.

Add 1.5 cups of cooked rice, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, and herb salt to taste. Stir-fry until well combined.

Finish with 1 tbsp sesame oil and 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds. Mix well.

Fry 2 eggs separately and set aside.

Prepare sauce by mixing 1 cup water, 1 tbsp steak sauce, 1.5 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp curry powder, and a pinch of black pepper. Simmer until thickened.

Plate the shrimp fried rice, top with fried eggs, and drizzle with prepared sauce.
