    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Slice 1/2 onion and set aside.

Clean and devein 15 shrimp, then marinate with 1 tbsp cooking wine.

Wash 2 handfuls of bean sprouts and drain thoroughly.

Prepare the sauce by mixing 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and 1 tbsp sesame seeds.

Beat 3 eggs and cook on low heat to make scrambled eggs. Remove and set aside.

Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté the sliced onion until golden.

Add the marinated shrimp to the pan and cook until fully done.

Add the bean sprouts and prepared sauce to the pan, stirring well.

Add the scrambled eggs and gently mix for about 1 minute. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.

Transfer to a plate and serve immediately.
