步驟
Cut the broccoli into small florets and trim the stem. Wash thoroughly and soak in water for 10 minutes.
Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for less than 1 minute, then immediately transfer to cold water to preserve nutrients.
Defrost the shrimp in water, remove tails, and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
Slice the garlic into thin pieces after removing the ends and cleaning.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add sliced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
Add shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until cooked. Season with ground pepper.
Add the blanched broccoli to the pan and stir quickly to mix with the shrimp and garlic.
Add oyster sauce and stir well to combine. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate.
