Main Ingredients
- 2 slices ham
- 200g cabbage
- 50g canned corn
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Seasonings
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice

Cut the ham into 1cm squares.

Separate cabbage leaves from the core. Thinly slice the leaves and diagonally slice the core.

Place cabbage and salt in a microwave-safe container, mix, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let cool and squeeze out excess water.

In a bowl, mix all the seasonings (sugar, soy sauce, mayonnaise, sesame, and lemon juice).

Add ham, cabbage, and canned corn to the bowl with the seasonings and toss well.
