Seaweed Salad Ingredients
- 🌿 1 pack seaweed
- 🥗 Generous amount of radish
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- 🧄 2/3 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 🍶 6 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌰 A small amount of sesame seeds
步驟
Add 1 tbsp of salt to a bowl and clean the seaweed thoroughly.
Cut the cleaned seaweed into bite-sized pieces using kitchen scissors.
Remove excess water from the seaweed.
Add a generous amount of julienned radish to the seaweed.
Add 2/3 tbsp of minced garlic.
Add 3 tbsp of sugar.
Add 6 tbsp of vinegar.
Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce (optional).
Sprinkle a small amount of sesame seeds.
Mix everything thoroughly and serve on a plate.
