Vegetables
- 🍆 3 eggplants
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, chopped
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Cooking Oil
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
步驟
Cut off the top of the eggplants and soak them briefly in vinegar water. Rinse and slice them diagonally.
Chop the green onion finely and sauté it in a pan with 3 tbsp of vegetable oil to create green onion oil.
Add the sliced eggplants to the pan. Stir-fry until they soften and reduce in volume.
Once the eggplants are softened, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and corn syrup. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
Finish by adding sesame oil and sprinkling sesame seeds. Stir well and serve.
