- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot

Seasonings
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2/3 tbsp corn syrup
- 2/3 tbsp sesame oil
- A small amount of sesame seeds
步驟
Slice the king oyster mushrooms into long strips.
Blanch the mushrooms in boiling water for 15–20 seconds, then squeeze out excess moisture.
Prepare the carrot and onion by slicing them.
Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl to prepare the stir-fry sauce.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the carrot, onion, and blanched mushrooms.
Ensure the onion remains slightly crunchy for better texture.
Add green onion at the end and stir briefly to finish.
