Sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
 - 1 tsp mirin
 - 🧈 1/2 tbsp salted butter
 - 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, and let them sit for 5 minutes.

Pat the salmon dry and lightly coat it with all-purpose flour.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add butter, and melt it. Cook the salmon over medium-low heat until both sides are golden brown. Remove the salmon from the pan.

Wipe the pan clean with a paper towel, then add soy sauce, mirin, butter, and lemon juice. Bring the sauce to a boil.
