- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
- 🥦 150g small broccoli florets
- potato starch as needed
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Mayo Sauce
- 🧴 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 salt and pepper to taste
