- Rice - 🍚 2 bowls of cooked white rice (400g)
 
- Fish - 🐟 2 pieces of fresh salmon
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 Salt and pepper for seasoning
 
- Vegetables - 1/3 bunch of komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
 
- Cooking Oil - 1 tbsp salad oil
 
- Dairy - 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 200ml milk
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
 
- Flour - 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
 
- Seasoning - 1/2 tsp consomme
 
步驟
Cut the komatsuna into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the onion. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the salmon, and cook until browned. Flip and cook through, then remove the skin and bones and break into large flakes.
Add the komatsuna and onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add butter and flour to the pan and stir to combine.
Gradually add milk while stirring until the mixture thickens. Season with salt, pepper, and consomme.
In a heatproof dish, layer the cooked rice, the white sauce mixture, and top with pizza cheese. Bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
