Fish
- 1 can saba canned (190g)
 
Tofu
- 150g firm tofu
 
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
 - 🥕 2cm carrot, minced
 - 2cm daikon, grated
 - 3 shiso leaves
 
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salad oil
 - Ponzu soy sauce, as needed
 - 1/2 tsp grated ginger
 - 🥚 1 egg
 - 10g breadcrumbs
 - 🧂 Salt and pepper, a pinch
 - 1 tsp miso
 
步驟
Wrap tofu in kitchen paper, place on a heatproof plate, microwave at 600W for 3 minutes, and press with a weight until cooled to remove excess water.
Drain saba canned fish, mince onion and carrot, and grate daikon.
Mash the tofu in a bowl until smooth, then add saba canned fish, minced onion, carrot, and seasoning ingredients. Mix well and shape into three oval patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add patties, cook until browned, flip, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 3 minutes. Serve with shiso leaves, grated daikon, and ponzu soy sauce.
