Filling
- 🍤 120g chopped shrimp
- 🐖 200g minced pork
- 🌱 80g chopped chives
- 🧅 20g chopped green onion (white part)
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp minced ginger
- 1.5 tbsp rice wine
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
Wrapper
- 1 pack dumpling wrappers
步驟
Finely chop all filling ingredients and prepare them.
Mix the filling ingredients with the seasonings and knead until sticky.
Lay out dumpling wrappers and apply water to the edges to seal them.
Place a small amount of filling on each wrapper and apply water to the top edge.
Fold the wrapper in half and press firmly to seal.
Roll the sealed wrapper from one end to form a rose shape.
Seal the end with water to secure the rose shape.
Steam the dumplings in a steamer for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
