Main Ingredients
- 1/2 can diced ham
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1/2 paprika, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Prepare leftover vegetables and a can of ham.
Chop vegetables finely using a knife or vegetable chopper.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the chopped vegetables.
Add cooked rice to the pan and season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry until well mixed.
Dice half a can of ham into large cubes.
Pan-fry the ham cubes on both sides until golden brown.
Shape the stir-fried rice into balls and insert a piece of fried ham into the center of each ball.
