Main Ingredients
- 1.5 cups instant rice
- 🥦 20g broccoli
- 🥕 30g carrot
- 🍄 1/2 mushroom
- 1/4 bell pepper
- 1/8 paprika
- 🌽 1 tbsp corn
- 1 tbsp sliced olives
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧀 1 cup pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 2 pinches salt
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
步驟
Prepare all the ingredients by chopping and slicing as needed.
Mix the rice with 2 eggs and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and sauté the diced mushrooms and carrots for 30 seconds on medium heat.
Boil 1 cup of water in a pot and blanch the broccoli for 20 seconds, then rinse with cold water.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan, spread the rice mixture into a round shape, and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.
Flip the rice base and reduce the heat to low.
Spread 3 tbsp of ketchup evenly over the rice base.
Layer the sautéed mushrooms and carrots over the ketchup.
Add the blanched broccoli, corn, and sliced olives on top.
Sprinkle 1 cup of pizza cheese over the toppings.
Add sliced bell pepper and paprika on top of the cheese.
Pour 1 cup of water around the edges of the pan and cover with a lid. Cook on the lowest heat for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Once the cheese is melted, your rice pizza is ready to serve.
