- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage, finely shredded

- 🐟 1 can tuna, drained
 - 🥚 2 eggs
 
Wrapper
- 10 sheets rice paper
 
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 - Pinch of pepper
 - 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
 
步驟
Shred the cabbage finely.
Drain the tuna and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the cabbage until softened.
Push the cabbage to one side and scramble the eggs in the same pan.
Mix the scrambled eggs with the cabbage and stir-fry together.
Add the tuna, oyster sauce, and soy sauce to the pan and stir-fry.
Dip rice paper in lukewarm water to soften, then place a spoonful of the filling on each sheet and roll tightly.
Pan-fry the rolled dumplings in a lightly oiled pan until golden brown.
Serve with soy dipping sauce and enjoy.
